Products and use

moob tape is a cosmetic contouring product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, a skin condition, or a known adhesive allergy, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before use. Follow the included instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders, pricing, and availability

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may update prices and product details at any time.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged.
• Some items may be sold on backorder. Backordered items are charged at checkout and ship once stock is available, within the timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total.

Intellectual property

The moob name, logo, site content, and product imagery are owned by us and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which moob is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
